Park Model #780 is a one bedroom / one bathroom home that backs up to the small swimming pool and is located close to a Bath House. It can sleep up to 4 (children allowed) with a queen size bed in the Bedroom, a queen size sofa sleeper in the Florida Room, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the Living Room. It features internet service, a mini-split air conditioning system which allows for room-by-room adjustment of heating or cooling, a full size washer and dryer, three television sets (Bedroom, Living Room, Florida Room) with cable TV service, gas grill, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, utensils, cookware, dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.), towels and bed linens. This home does not allow a pet.
